Content & Rules

Our Website features social media technologies that enable users to create and share content as part of a community. Content may appear in various mediums on our website including text, pictures, videos and other multimedia. We want to ensure that Our Website remains a positive community for others. Users must ensure that they follow content rules carefully. Generally, content should not be: offensive, hateful, divisive, commercially driven, controversial, scandalous, misleading, irresponsible, defamatory, intrusive, libellous, frivolous, complaints, spam, against Our Website or amount to the harassment or violation of the rights of others. Users found in violation of content rules may face such repercussions as but not limited to: investigation, suspension, permanent ban, deletion, legal action or in certain cases reports being made to local authorities; the right course of action to be determined solely within the absolute discretion of Our Website. Please bear in mind that moderators, representatives and agents of Our Website reserves the absolute discretion and right to filter and modify content as they see fit.

Intellectual Property

Our Website retains its intellectual property rights over its technologies, systems, system design, graphical elements, written content, other media generated including written content. Our users are the the holder of the intellectual property rights (“IP”) of the content they submit onto Our Website. Please note that our platform provides the means for users to delete and modify their content. Users are responsible and in charge of protecting and enforcing their own IP, this is strictly beyond the responsibilities and rights of Our Website. Please note that users are also responsible for any embedded media and content they share. In all cases Our Website will assume that users possess the actual IP over content they submit and share on Our Website. Our Website does not claim any IP over the content shared and each user will be solely responsibility for this regard.

User Privacy

Our Website tries its best to ensure user privacy. On Our Website, users are not required to submit their personal information beyond their email address which along with any other voluntary personal information is not mandatorily revealed to other users. Our users may decide to reveal their personal information as they deem fit. Our Website also does not reveal the I.P. address of its users to other users, except only to moderators and administrators where necessary for the management and maintenance of Our Website. Our Website does not track the private conversations of its users, private messages are stored on an independent service provider that our website does not have access to. This also extends to A.I. chat logs rendered through our Premium service.

Payment & Premium Services

Our Website offers certain premium offerings (“Premium Services”) that are features and functions that are exclusive and only available after purchase. Our users may pay for these services under these payment terms and conditions based on their own decision. Our Website’s primary functions are available without payment. Payment on Our Website is facilitated and secured by a trusted third party payment network offered by Stripe, Inc (“Stripe”). Our Website does not store or process any payments directly and have outsourced this process to Stripe. In the event there is an issue with your payment, please contact your bank provider or alternatively please contact Stripe. Since we are not the payment providers we cannot usually provide much assistance where there is an exceptional issue during payment. Please note that all payments on Our Website are non-refundable for any reason. Our users are encouraged to exercise great consideration prior to purchasing our premium services. All Premium Services are also not transferable between accounts and not recoverable if a user’s account is deleted or terminated due to violation. Our Website also makes no active representations or guarantees as to the expected deliverables, service quality, exact offerings, service consistency, service up-time, service status of our Premium Services whether based on allusions, conveyance, written or indirect descriptions found Our Website.

Dispute & Deletion

In the unlikely event of a dispute over Our Website, whether between users or against the very operation(s) of Our Website, our users are encouraged to directly contact the moderator(s) of Our Website through private message. Our moderators will do as they see fit to resolve the issue, although no representations or guarantees are extended over the resolutions provided or course of action taken including inaction. Our Website does not offer users a direct means to delete their account after they have been created on Our Website. Where a user is interested in deleting their account, they are encouraged to contact our moderator(s) to make a deletion request.
